Joseph Dowless has been with CLC Financial since 2017. Previously he was a high school teacher for 12 years with a Master's Degree in teaching from ECU and a BA in English with a minor in art. He currently helps serve the community as a member of the Cape Fear Kiwanis Club as well as being an Ambassador for the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. He has expertise in employer provided benefits, ACA, and Medicare.
